No wonder with brands such as Pepsi, Robinsons, J2O, Tango, Drench, 7Up and Mountain Dew Energy. Now we're ready to take the next step of our journey to significantly increase our market share and realise our growth potential.
Driving and delivering our growth will be dynamic, commercially astute and customer-focused sales professionals. Empowered to take full responsibility and ownership of your business area, you will have the freedom to innovate and drive profitability across your region. Main Responsibilities:
- To own a defined territory of Symbol & Independent Retail customers and maximise sales potential within
- To spend 85% of time either customer or Route to Market facing and communicating - presenting Britvic, our brands, expertise, technical support and service to influence decision makers to place a transfer order to grow your territory performance against KPI’s
- To sell Britvic products, enabling quality distribution in store as well as maximising stock room potential and, where appropriate, taking transfer orders
- To sell in and execute national activity platforms to ensure Britvic brands are unmissable in outlet
- To effectively interact with the telebusiness team where they have an ongoing relationship with the customer to ensure that Britvic brands progress in terms of quality presence on entry
- To effectively interact with other departments including the technical support team when processing dispense or equipment installations to ensure customer delight throughout the process
- To support the National Account team with trade days in Cash & Carry
About You:
To be successful in this role you must have
- Previous field sales experience with a demonstrable track record of results
- Excellent interpersonal skills and written and oral communication skills to enable strong relationship building
- Highly developed ability to assess customers business and compellingly articulate opportunities identified
- Ability to use own initiative and solve problems creatively
- Commercial acumen to enable RoI understanding and associated levers to achieve territory results
- Confident, commercially astute negotiator with ability to ‘close the deal’
- Excellent organisational and time management skills to ensure all opportunities are maximised – both self generated and Route to Market or colleague identified
- Self motivated with ability to work alone whilst also delivering as part of the wider team
- UKdriving license (company vehicle will be provided)
Already with FMCG sales experience - or a related, fast-paced sales environment - you'll be looking for the next stepping stone in your career that provides the progression that your talent deserves. If you're a high achiever and want to be a part of our next phase of success, we'd like to hear from you today.
