Job Description
An opportunity has arisen within this hotel and golf course for an enthusiastic and motivated Sous Chef to join the team.
Our client is looking for someone full of energy and ideas to assist in taking the department forward.
You will have a background within hotels or brasserie type operation to date and now seeking an excitng opportunity to develop your experience and be a major influence in the forward planning of the operation.
You will have excellent communication skills and be able to man manage the team in the absence of the Head Chef.
You will be hands on in your approach.
The position is available from August and interviews will be held now.
